AROMAS DEL PERU

Aromas del Peru, in business for eight years and boasting three locations throughout Miami-Dade County, characterizes itself through an antique kitchen and preserves the tradition of authentic Peruvian flavors using modern cooking techniques. What we serve is traditional Peruvian cooking, which is our signature style. We have a selection of international dishes prepared with traditional Peruvian ingredients including peppers, potatoes and choclo by award-winning Executive Chef Javier Florez. His Causa Lomo Saltado was voted best in the city in the Taste of Miami competition.

He is incred¬ibly creative in preparing the menu and has extensive experience in the art of Peruvian cooking having worked in several Peruvian restaurants. The elegant Coral Gables location is spa¬cious yet cozy with a decor that fuses modern touches with a traditional Peruvian look.

Most importantly: The restaurant has a va¬riety of dishes featuring meats, pastas and seafood, all at reasonable prices and of ex¬traordinary high quality. The Coral Gables location features a full bar where sampling Peru’s most well known drink the Pisco sour is a must, especially during happy hour Monday to Friday from 4-7 p.m. A visit to Aromas del Peru is sure to be a memorable dining experience filled with unforgettable taste and flavors.
